Called Cornerstone for an estimate and Theron came out and explained that he didn't need to do anything and that the installer from my appliances store was just trying to get money out of me and he refused service. Honest is a rare thing in 2026 but I hold firm to it and am beyond pleased when I see it applied in real life. Contact them ASAP. Edit: let me add that he showed me what to do on my own and made sure I understood fully before he left.

He presented three options with corresponding price quotes and I chose the one that best met my needs. I was super impressed with Cornerstone and especially Luis Ramos one of their plumbers. Not only was he able to get to my parents house quickly to fix a problem but he understood the situation with them being elderly and what they needed to be able to help them specifically. Since I was unable to be on site he communicated with me via phone and text throughout the process and even sent me pictures upon completion. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to everyone based on my experience.

I have used cornerstone plumbing a few times for different things and I recommend them to people. This company always communicates if they happen to be a little behind but that doesn’t usually happen. Today, Luis came prompt and took his time to show me the different things I need to have done to either fix my contractors mistakes or some preventative measures as my house has been under construction. He gave me a fair quote and I’ll be calling them in the next few weeks to schedule!

TOP NOTCH COMPANY from the very first phone call! We just bought a house in St Pete and discovered we needed a draining/pump system for the overflow of water in our backyard. Richard came out the same day of my call, gave us an assessment, then came back over to meet with my husband in person in the evening to explain everything, what materials would be used, what his team of technicians would be doing etc. The next day Will and Steve came out and immediately got to work. They were extremely professional, personable, funny, easy going, and cleaned up everything as they went along during the project! Our dog loves all 3 of them so much she always tries to get in the truck with any of them when they leave and then sits outside looking for them after they’re gone, lol I will definitely use them again and again should we ever have problems with anything in the future!

We had a huge back-up at our facility involving 9 toilets. The problem went on for a couple weeks. We had 3 other companies take a swing at it and couldn't identify the problem. I saw Cornerstone plumbing had really good reviews. After giving them a call they were here instantly. I met Dan and Eric. They were professional and courteous. Dan told me "You called the right people; we're going to take care of you". He snuffed out the issue in great time and restored our plumbing issue back to normal. They earned our business that day. Fantastic job by those two gentleman and Cornerstone Plumbing lived up to its fantastic rating. I will suggest them to anyone in need.

This is the second time I had to call Cornerstone. The first time was a few days ago when Kris came out and did such a good job on short notice to fix a sudden leak at a reasonable price. This second time was to have them give me a video inspection of my plumbing. This time Dan came out, and I had an equally good experience with him. He was professional, thorough and just a decent pleasant guy. He sent me the video and walked me through the options to address what the video showed. There was no pressure to move forward on one of his several proposals, and I thought the prices of the options were reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Cornerstone again. Once again, highly recommended

Was having a repeating issue with my shower drain getting clogged up constantly. We called and Dan came to the house a few days later. He came in and identified the problem immediately AND was able to fix the issue plus a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink in no time. Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

We had our water softener completely submerged by Hurricane Helene. We called Cornerstone on Monday and Zak arrived to check it out Tuesday. The old unit was a complete write off. By 13:30 Wednesday the new unit is in and working. Zak also advised us to get a different water softener soif it were to be submerged again it would only need the electrical head changing rather than with the all in 1 unit that we had. It is also a little higher. We are delighted with the service we got from Zak not just for his plumbing abilities but for the empathy he showed coming into a devastated area of the beach. We highly recommend cornerstone plumbing and Zak.

A very experienced tech named Tom came, same day, a few hours after our call, provided us with a quick estimate and started working on the job immediately.
